Customer Service Policy


Progressive Direct Marketing’s staff is committed to promoting the visions and values of our organization and to deliver the standards contained in this policy.
A customer is anyone who comes in contact with PDM and includes: current and potential customers.

Our Staff Will:


  • Act in a professional manner and be polite at all times
  • Provide clear and efficient lines of communications to all
  • Provide accurate information about our work
  • 'Be active in the promotion of customer feedback, listen and respond accordingly
  • 'Exceed our customer’s expectations so as to encourage repeat business
  • Document all customer incidents in the Customer Service Log.
